How we develop REWC’s vision and mission of uniting global real estate business community, stakeholders, and investors through a dynamic and modern website.
The Real Estate World Congress (REWC) aimed to unite the global real estate market. Bringing together the business community, stakeholders, and investors through an international real estate-focused event in Bali, Indonesia.
As the first edition of the event, our challenge was to position this fair in the international market without any background, converting the event into a unique experience for all target audiences. This case study will take you through our process, starting with exploring ideas and revamping the business concept into a website with a unique value proposition and standout design.
The target audience is real estate companies, property investors, real estate agents, entrepreneurs, and individuals who seek to expand their networking opportunities. This case study shows how we helped them find opportunities and close deals in a unique and paradisiacal environment.
REWC’s target audiences may face a unique set of challenges on their journey to success. Many of them struggle with the complexity of the industry, access essential information, secure investment opportunities, and build crucial connections.
Connecting with professionals and investors from various parts of the world can be challenging due to geographical distances, time zones, and language barriers.
Companies looking to expand into new markets may face challenges related to understanding local regulations, market dynamics, and cultural differences.
Effectively allocating time and resources to explore investment opportunities, attend industry events, and connect with potential partners can be a challenge, especially for individuals with busy schedules.
Finding safe investment options could be challenging especially for individuals or investors with lack of knowledge.
Create an event with a wealth of real estate knowledge enabling them to make informed decisions and navigate the industry's complexities.
To become a centre where visitors can identify potential real estate projects, gain insights on return on investment projections and make good deals for long-term success.
Facilitate networking that allows all visitors to make valuable relationships with like-minded individuals, experts, and potential partners.
What’s the goal of the project?
To unite the global real estate market that brings together the business community, stakeholders, and investors. To reach this goal, Webfeeling helps develop some ideas and messages through the website design and content.
Got it. We’re here to help you...

This phase involves creating detailed and polished representations of REWC’s website, incorporating refined visual elements, colour, typography, branding, interactions, and user interface components from the LoFi.
We wanted to create excitement for REWC visitors, even before they attended. We carefully selected footage, created dynamic visuals, added background music and sound effects, and crafted compelling narration, transforming mere information into an engaging narrative. The video embodies the spirit of the Real Estate World Congress, turning a fleeting glimpse into a compelling invitation.
We prioritize accessibility by featuring an adaptive design for users across various devices, including mobile phones. The optimization includes seamless navigation through a sleek hamburger menu, strategically positioned for effortless access on handheld devices.
Furthermore, we added sticky Call-to-Action buttons to simplify ticketing procedures for visitors and exhibitors. In the Venue section, we implemented an accordion feature that reveals detailed event information in an easy-to-understand way. Everything is organized logically so that the most important details are presented first.
Enhancing user engagement and interactivity, the REWC website strategically incorporates thoughtful micro-interactions to capture users’ attention and provide an intuitive, enjoyable browsing experience.
