Introduction

Usaha Expat is a new player in Bali’s PMA agency landscape that aims to provide affordable and reliable support for navigating the complexities of starting a business in Bali.

Our primary challenge was positioning them as a value-for-money agency while effectively conveying their unique business concept. Additionally, we aimed to capture their commitment to providing comprehensive services that streamline business operations and reduce unnecessary stress for foreign entrepreneurs.

This case study will take you through the process, starting with exploring ideas, branding, and building the business concept into a website that resonates with its target audience.

Unique Value Services

We focused on strategically showcasing the unique value services that set them apart from competitors. We positioned these services prominently in the hero section to immediately capture users’ attention upon landing on the page. By highlighting these value-added services—ones not typically offered by competitors—we aimed to create a distinct and compelling first impression.

Clear Pricing and Package Displays

We arranged three packages with detailed pricing and features, placing the most comprehensive package at the top. This deliberate arrangement follows the serial position effect principle, ensuring users’ attention is first drawn to the most extensive offering.

Addressing Pain Points with Engaging Storytelling

Using a first-person point of view, we highlighted the frustrations and complexities expatriates face in Bali navigating business setups. Further enhancing this narrative, we introduced four relatable user personas, each with unique struggles—this personalized approach aimed to resonate with real-world experiences, fostering empathy and understanding among visitors.

Peace of Mind Assurance

One of Usaha Expat’s core values is guaranteeing its clients peace of mind. This value is reflected in a dedicated section with a compelling heading and content that explains how it works to ensure its clients’ peace of mind. By doing so, we build trust in Usaha Expat.

Multi-Currency Calculator for Expat

Additionally, we have included a currency calculator for IDR and USD to make it easy for the target audience to compare prices in the most commonly used currencies in Bali.

Mobile-Friendly Access

With intuitive navigation, clear call-to-action buttons, and optimized content presentation, the mobile version of the Usaha Expat website ensures that users can quickly and efficiently find the information they need even when they are away from their desktops.
